This is the privacy policy for Arhosfa, provided by Hawdren Ltd. It explains the personal information we collect, the purpose of each use, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Hawdren Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company number 17392723. Registered office: CIWB Business Centre, Llewellyns Quay, Port Talbot, SA13 1RF.
It covers two places:
- the Arhosfa website at arhosfa.com, including contact, sign-up and resource pages
- the Arhosfa cloud application, once a workspace is in use
Questions and deletion requests go through the contact form.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us on the website, information a workspace stores for a pet care business, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.
On the website that includes your name, contact details and the message you send. In a workspace it includes the records the business chooses to keep: people, animals, stays, conversations, time off and the places they run.
Technical information can include the pages you open, a rough location from an IP address, and cookie identifiers where analytics is configured. We do not use the marketing site to profile families or animals.
How we use information
We use website messages and register-interest details to reply and to tell you about the Arhosfa beta. We use workspace information to provide the product the business has asked for. We do not sell personal information.
How to ask us to delete your data
Use the contact form and say what you want deleted. If the information sits in a customer workspace, we will work with that organisation, because they control their own records.
Who else receives information
Hosting, email and similar suppliers process information for us so the website and the product can run. They are not free to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep information
Website messages are kept long enough to reply and to handle any follow-up. Workspace records stay for as long as the organisation keeps the workspace, unless they ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
