You may read this website, use the contact and register-interest forms, and follow the resources. Do not attempt to break the site or use it to send junk. Content on this website is for information. It is not a contract to supply software until we agree that separately.
Pages such as who it’s for, the work, resources and pricing describe Arhosfa as pet care management software. They are not advice on licensing, animal welfare law, or how you must run a kennel, cattery, home stay, daycare or grooming business.
The product
When an organisation has an Arhosfa workspace, they are responsible for the records they keep and for how their team uses the product. Hawdren provides the software and support. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You must have the right to store the personal information you put in the workspace — families, collectors, team members. Hawdren hosts the product; the organisation remains the controller of its operational records.
Acceptable use
Use Arhosfa for looking after animals and the people who bring them. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, to store material you have no right to keep, or to attempt to access another organisation’s workspace.
Prices
Current packages are published on the pricing page. The subscription price is the price shown for your package when you subscribe, including any beta discount shown at that time. Registering interest or sending a contact form is not an order until both sides agree.
