The work

The animals, the people and the day — in one place

Arhosfa is the workspace for a pet care business. It holds the animals in your care, the shape of the stay, the people who bring them, the conversations around them, the team’s time, and the places you run.

Six parts of the day

You do not have to switch all six on at once. Most places start with the animal, the stay and the people; the rest attaches when the day needs it.

An animal record connected to the person who brings them and a confirmed note.

01

The animals

A dog, a cat, or the regular who comes every week. Arhosfa keeps who they are, who brings them, and what the team needs to know while they are with you — on one record, not a folder in someone’s desk.

  • The animal and the people who bring them, together
  • Care notes for the stay, where the whole team can see them
  • Papers that belong with them, kept on the same record
A calendar of stays connected to a person and the animal they are bringing.

02

The stay

Boarding overnight, a day in daycare, or a home stay. See who is arriving, who is already with you, and who is going home, so the day is not rebuilt from messages and a paper diary.

  • Arrivals and collections in one view of the day
  • Who is with you now, and which place they are in
  • Boarding, daycare and home stays in the same workspace
A person record connected to an organisation and two colleagues.

03

The people

When someone phones about a collection, the team should already know who they are, how to reach them, and what still needs doing. Lists of the people you write to stay live, instead of a private spreadsheet.

  • How to reach them, and who owns the next conversation
  • The organisation they belong to, beside the person
  • Audiences you can actually write to
Messages from several people meeting in one shared conversation.

04

The conversations

Enquiries, changes and the message about a late collection land with the team. Send from a domain you control, and keep the thread with the person — and the animal — it concerns.

  • A shared inbox and a support desk for the team
  • Send from a domain you control
  • The thread stays with the person it concerns
Three teammates connected to a calendar that shows who is away.

05

The team’s time

Someone away should not be a surprise on the morning of a full boarding day. Time off lives in the same workspace as the stays and the people, so the team can see cover before they need it.

  • Holiday and other time off, beside the day you are running
  • Cover visible before someone is already away
  • The same team picture for every place you run
One workspace connected to several buildings and a home.

06

The places you run

A kennel and a cattery, a daycare room, a grooming table, or a home. Each place keeps its own identity. The people, the animals and the day stay one place to work from.

  • Several businesses, without several logins
  • Locations inside each business
  • One workspace for the whole operation
