The animals
A dog, a cat, or the regular who comes every week. Arhosfa keeps who they are, who brings them, and what the team needs to know while they are with you — on one record, not a folder in someone’s desk.

What this holds
- The animal and the people who bring them, together
- Care notes for the stay, where the whole team can see them
- Papers that belong with them, kept on the same record
How this part of the day runs
The animal is the centre of the work, but they never arrive alone. Someone books, someone drops off, someone collects, and someone must be reachable if the day changes. Animal records in Arhosfa are therefore not a catalogue of pets. They are the animal together with the people who are responsible for them.
Notes only help if the next person can find them. Feeding, medication, temperament, a scar, a fear of the dryer, a preference the last carer knew — those belong on the animal, not in a private book that goes home with one member of the team. Papers that belong with them stay on the same record.
Regulars are how boarding, daycare and grooming actually run. The next stay should open on the last one. If you run more than one kind of visit, the animal is still one animal: the boarding dog in March is the daycare dog on Tuesday and the groom on Friday.
Arhosfa does not invent a species-by-species product. Kennels, catteries, home stays and grooming tables use the same animal record with the notes that place actually needs.
This part of the work sits beside the rest of the workspace. See all six parts, or how it shows up for boarding kennels and catteries and grooming.
