The stay
Boarding overnight, a day in daycare, or a home stay. See who is arriving, who is already with you, and who is going home, so the day is not rebuilt from messages and a paper diary.

What this holds
- Arrivals and collections in one view of the day
- Who is with you now, and which place they are in
- Boarding, daycare and home stays in the same workspace
How this part of the day runs
The stay is the unit of the day. An overnight, a daycare day, a week in a house, a grooming visit — each has an arrival, a stretch of care, and a collection. Arhosfa treats those as stays in one workspace, rather than a boarding product, a daycare product and a salon book.
Visibility is the practical test. Before the first car, the team should see who is due, who is already in, which place they are in, and who is going home. That picture has to be the same for the person on the gate, the person on the phone, and the person covering a block.
Dates without notes are only a diary. The stay carries the instructions for this visit: feeding that changed, a collection person who is not the usual one, a unit that is not the last one they used. Those details are why software is more than a calendar.
When you run more than one kind of stay, the calendar is still one calendar. A boarding night into a daycare day is not two businesses. It is one animal moving through the work you already do.
This part of the work sits beside the rest of the workspace. See all six parts, or how it shows up for boarding kennels and catteries and daycare.
