The team’s time

Someone away should not be a surprise on the morning of a full boarding day. Time off lives in the same workspace as the stays and the people, so the team can see cover before they need it.

Three teammates connected to a calendar that shows who is away.

What this holds

  • Holiday and other time off, beside the day you are running
  • Cover visible before someone is already away
  • The same team picture for every place you run

How this part of the day runs

Boarding and daycare days are planned around the animals, and then undone by a person being away. If holiday lives in a spreadsheet, a chat or a wall planner that is not the stay list, cover is always late.

Arhosfa keeps time off with the rest of the work. The same team picture applies across the places you run. You are not reconciling three holiday lists because you have a kennel and a cattery.

This is not a full human-resources suite. It is the operational fact the day needs: who is not in, soon enough to change the plan.

Home stays need this as much as large kennels. A one-person business that never writes down time off cannot hand a week to anyone else. Put the absence next to the stays before you need cover, not on the morning someone is already away.

This part of the work sits beside the rest of the workspace. See all six parts, or how it shows up for daycare and boarding kennels and catteries.
