Run arrivals and collections from one view

Start the day from a single list: who is arriving, who is here, who is going home, and which notes travel with them.

A calendar of stays connected to a person and the animal they are bringing.

What the view must answer

Before the first arrival, the team should be able to answer three questions without a hunt: who is coming, who is already here, and who is leaving. Each answer should name the animal and the person.

  • Arrival time and the person bringing them
  • Where they will be, if you run more than one place
  • Collection time and who is collecting
  • Notes that belong to this stay, not last month’s

Stop splitting the day

If arrivals live in a diary and collections live in a chat, the door becomes the integration. Move both into the same record as the animal. Changes then land where the rest of the team will look.
