Why boarding days fall apart before the first arrival
The first arrival is not the start of the work. The work starts when the team can already see who is coming, what they need, and who is going home.

The morning is a reconstruction
A full boarding day often begins with reconstruction. Who changed a collection time yesterday? Which dog has a new medicine? Which run is free? The answers exist, but they are not in one view.
When that reconstruction lives in a diary plus a group chat, the person who opens up is guessing. Guesses become delays at the door.
One view of the day
The day should show arrivals, who is already with you, and collections, with the animal and the person attached. That is not a dashboard for its own sake. It is how the team avoids asking the same question twice while a car is waiting.
