Home stay welcome notes

A home stay still needs a record. These notes travel with the animal so cover is possible.

A person record connected to an organisation and two colleagues.

What to capture once

You should not rewrite the animal every visit. Capture the stable facts, then add what this stay needs.

Name, species and any papers that belong with them
The people who bring and collect them, with how to reach them
Routines, medicines and what must not happen
Where they will be this stay

What to capture for this stay

Arrival, collection, and anything that changed since last time. A welcome note is not a novel. It is the difference between a calm week and a guessing week.
