The day, not the diary

Open the day and you should see arrivals and collections with the animal attached. Boarding overnight, a day in daycare, and a home stay use the same idea: a stay with a start and an end.

A paper diary can hold names. It cannot tell you, at a glance, who is already with you, which place they are in, and whose collection just moved.

What to try

Change a collection time and confirm the rest of the team would see it without a side message. If the change only lives in chat, the walk-through has failed.

• Check boarding, daycare and home stays in the same view of the day
